Question 1

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

You can sign up on our website or just message irel directly on WhatsApp. Either way, you're chatting in under a minute.

Question 2

Do I need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. irel lives in WhatsApp — the app you already use every day. There's a web dashboard for setup and overview, but everything works by just texting.

Question 3

What can irel actually do?

Accepted Answer

irel manages your email (read, search, draft, and send), calendar, tasks, reminders, and notes — all through WhatsApp. It connects to 1,000+ apps like Slack, Notion, GitHub, and Stripe, and runs automations for you: morning digests, birthday reminders, revenue alerts, anything you set up by text.

Question 4

Will irel send emails without asking me?

Accepted Answer

Never. irel drafts, you approve. It can sort your inbox, label emails, and prepare replies on its own — but nothing is sent on your behalf until you say so.

Question 5

How is this different from ChatGPT or Siri?

Accepted Answer

ChatGPT answers questions. irel gets things done. It's wired into your real email, calendar, and 1,000+ apps — and it doesn't wait to be asked. It texts you first: a morning briefing, a heads-up before a birthday, a reply already drafted when an important email lands. No app to open, no prompts to write. You text it like a person, and things happen.

Question 6

What apps and services does irel support?

Accepted Answer

Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, and Microsoft Calendar natively — plus 1,000+ apps through connections: Slack, Notion, GitHub, Google Drive, Stripe, and more. Just ask irel to connect one.

Question 7

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Your data stays yours. irel connects to your email and calendar through Google and Microsoft's official OAuth (the same "Sign in with Google" you use everywhere). Nothing is stored or shared beyond what's needed to help you, and you can disconnect anytime from your dashboard.

Question 8

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

You get full access to everything irel can do for 7 days. No feature limits. You can cancel anytime during the trial — if you don't, your subscription starts automatically.
